You hear about it a lot these days. You need to get in shape to improve your golf game. There is a lot of talk about strengthening your core. When we talk about the core muscles, we are referring to the muscles of the stomach and back. The supporting muscles all the way around your spine throughout your midsection.
There are many diet plans in existence that would have you starving yourself to achieve your weight loss goals. If you have participated in one of these plans in the past then you know how impossible they are to follow. They are incredibly frustrating because you are constantly hungry. I may not be the brightest guy in the world but I am guessing that any diet you are on where you are constantly thinking about food is not going to go so well.
Proper balance in golf is one of the biggest fixes you can make to your golf game. Is it going to make you hit the ball farther? No, but it will save you strokes by not having you constantly hit out of trouble on your second and third shots.
Next you will want to work on your back. Lye down on your stomach and lift both your upper body and lower body off the ground as far as you can. Basically, the only area that should be touching the floor is the area just above and below your waste. Hold this position for as long as you can (it won’t be very long).
For better abdominal muscles, use this workout routine – do this every other day and you will get great results. Your abs are the same as your other muscles, needing recovery time. They need rest so that they can repair. The appearance of your muscles may be lacking, especially if you overtax them during each Follow my golf. If your muscle gain is faster than your fat loss, your stomach may appear to bulge out.
Some of these foods are actually healthy for you and I would not recommend going without them normally, but since you have a very short deadline, you need to do without most of your favorite foods and stick to those with fewer calories.

As you can see, if these muscles don’t have a higher level of both strength and flexibility, they will not allow you to achieve your true golf potential.
