It has long been accepted by many people that talent and inspiration go hand-in-glove. I think that you can add understanding and subconscious too. They all seem to be linked in the creative process.
Managers often ask the question ‘How can I motivate my team?’ The problem is they look for a simple solution like a team building day, expecting it to work like magic. They think that somehow by waving a magic wand they will become motivated. Even if you get the world’s most respected motivation al speaker, it’s unlikely to achieve anything more than a short term high. It generally does not result in the team being more motivated to work together. Why…because if there is not a clear reason, a motif for the individuals in that team, nothing much will move them. The same goes for personal motivation. Many people go searching for the magic motivation formula instead of just being clear about their purpose or reason.
1) Expose yourself to things that will inspire you. – Now days there are so many venues, which we don’t access, that will inspire us. There is inspiration in music, arts, culture and books. You can also seek out someone in your area, who is developed and skilled in the area of which you are lacking inspiration; which leads me to my next point.
Make sure your role models align with the areas in your life that you are passionate about, because it’s important to determine whether they are the source of follow magazines that is most important to you right now.
If you are tired of pulling life with lots of strain and effort and would rather be pushed a lot with ease then contemplate on what really makes you come alive, what really brings you joy. Pursue it with all your heart trusting that everything will work out for you. Ask for guidance from your higher self, and act on the inspiration that you receive. So many people know what they want in life, they know what makes them happy but they are afraid to follow that dream. Worried about failure, worried about success, worried about bills, worried about family, friends, spouse. stop worrying and start living the life you were meant to live. Don’t leave the planet with regrets, should haves, and untapped talent. We only live once so we need to make the very best out of these years that we can.
The more compelling the reason, the more it aligns with what is important to you, the more you will be ‘pulled’ towards it. You need to imagine and have a vivid picture in your mind (as well of external representations such as a vision board) of what this destination looks like. If you have no idea what your goal or your destination looks like and how you will feel when you get there, then why would you want to go there in the first place? You generally can’t be motivated for motivation sake. You need a compelling reason and a clear purpose; somewhere to direct your attention and focus your energy.
There are many questions about personal motivation – or lack of it – as well as motivation in others. People often wonder why they themselves or someone else is not motivated.
Remote viewing/subconsciousness. This is a topic which I don’t have much knowledge on yet. I watched a video the other day where a man supposedly read writing off a piece of paper in a house 20 miles away as if he were there. People claim to be able to access a higher source of energy and draw upon the universes limitless knowledge. I’m not going to say it’s impossible, Just that I haven’t seen any proof of this yet.
