I have found that leadership skill training of middle management in the contact center environment is lacking at best and non-existent at worst. As I talked about in an earlier post, too many contact centers just promote reps that did a good job when a supervisor/team lead leaves. You can’t hand the keys to a new car until you know that person is ready to drive yet it seems to be the way many centers operate. We must train our middle management in many different aspects of the contact center world.
We pretty much already covered what it takes for this step. Do they have the trust of everyone they work with? If not then it is our job to polish and make them stars. Making someone competent, although not easy, is much easier than trying to polish up the character of a person (although it can be done!!) so choosing whom you put in these positions is very important.
After all, what makes HP and Dell so unique? Take either system apart and you will see nothing different than Average Joe’s PC…other than a slight price advantage, since HP and Dell purchase and distribute in gargantuan quantities. And oh yes, Dell and HP can offer far more custom configurations with memory and storage than Average Joe can…but is it truly important in an age where 90% of people’s computing cycles are completed online?
Last but not least, the reality is that closing sales is what haunts most marketers so I wanted to know who would help me and my team in that area. And I was pleasantly surprised to learn that there was an actual call center tijuana near Tijuana, Baja California integrated into to system to close all sales from the applications I generated. Now, that was just the icing on the cake for me. Now I knew for sure true duplication could be achieved with this system.
“If you are God, you are surrounded by an angelic choir and the voices of praise from every corner of the universe envelop your throne. And if you are God, you are unceasingly barraged with the wailing and weeping of those in pain and loss. Not a moment goes by that isn’t laced with the sound of tragedy and death.
It needs to be a product people will enjoy hearing about and talking about. How anyone sells Amway is beyond me – who talks about soap? But an MLM about coffee or chocolate (or ice cream, maybe?) should be easy to talk to your friends about.
There are 3 different products you can buy. The 1st product costs $1295, and the most expensive one will run you $11000. If you buy the 3rd product, you are entitled to sell all 3.
If you don’t have that kind of a budget, go online. Create a website and plan strategies with your call center partner about search engine optimization (SEO) processes. SEO tricks will create a positive hype about your brand online. Use Facebook and Twitter to ensure that you are reaching out to the common users of social media networks. They are a mobile group and you can reap excellent benefits if you’re tapping into this section. They are also more likely to be open about buying online. Lead generation is generally preceded by brand marketing and promotion. Once people know your brand, they will buy your products/services.
